These terms & conditions should be read and understood when looking to purchase a safe or simply requested advice. United Security understand consumers will be bound by these Terms and conditions as far Australian Consumer law extends.

All pricing is presented in Australian Dollars (AUD), and includes compulsory 10% goods & services Tax unless otherwise stated, all pricing is EX our Melbourne store.
Invoice (current account holder) Cash, Direct Debit, Credit Card.
Any payments received via your credit card are made using NAB secure encrypted technology.
Our returns policy is in line with the current Australian Consumer law guidelines
When ordering a safe from United Security Alliance, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to fully understand the product that is being purchased, for example, (external & internal dimensions, weight, etc) to continue with a purchase confirms the product and all associated equipment attached to safe (for example locking options, safe furniture) is accepted by the purchaser.
United Security Alliance offer the full Five-year safe warranty (2 years on all locks) as provided by CMI Safe Co. Manufacture’s warranties, and are on top of on top your normal Australian Consumer law entitlements.
Any product found faulty within the prescribed warranty period should be immediately brought to the attention of United Security Alliance so we can inspect and repair and or replace ASAP.
If after inspecting the safe and confirming there is a legitimate fault, United Security will make good any and all issues as soon as practically possible. If after inspection, no fault is found or the fault is determined to be caused by “others” a service charge may apply.
United Security offer a free delivery to site (within 30 of Melbourne GPO, when in area) for products under 65 Kg, in line with our OH&S staff safety guidelines.
Safe is delivered to site. The safe safely positioned and secured to floor (if required)
Safe tailgate deliveries are delivered to site at ground level to the nearest entrance (Not taken up or down any steps). The receiver is responsible for moving the safe into the premises, position and install. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of the weight and dimensions of the safe to determine if they can safely manoeuvrer the safe appropriately.
The purchaser to pick up the safe from our store in Braeside. The purchaser should be aware of the dimensions and especially the weight of the safe to be picked up. Purchaser must provide a safe method of transport for both pick up and transport of safe or United Security Alliance may not release product due to safety reasons. If United Security Alliance determine that safety of the consumer, client or public is at risk, another form of transport will need to be organised before safe can leave our premises.
Use of our web site is free and used at your own risk. United Security Alliance cannot guarantee that our web site will operate error-free, also, any “links” attached to our web site are provided as a matter of convenience and again we cannot guarantee 3rd party web sites will run error free.
Under no circumstances shall United Security Alliance be held responsible for any loss or damages, incidental or consequential as a result of information received either directly or indirectly from United Security Alliance verbally, written, or via our web site.
From time-to-time, information on our web site may become inaccurate due to product upgrades, modifications or typographical errors, we reserve the right to update as and when required and take no responsibility of any errors found.
All materials on our web site of the site, such as images, graphics, text are protected by Australian copyright and trademark laws and require written confirmation from United Security before they/it can be used. Copied.
These Terms (including any terms or policies incorporated by reference) set out the entire agreement between you and us concerning its subject matter and supersedes all prior communications.
