Manufacture’s warranties, and are on top of on top your normal Australian Consumer law entitlements.
Any product found faulty within the prescribed warranty period should be immediately brought to the attention of United Security Alliance so we can inspect and repair and or replace ASAP.
If after inspecting the safe and confirming there is a legitimate fault, United Security will make good any and all issues as soon as practically possible. If after inspection, no fault is found or the fault is determined to be caused by “others” a service charge may apply.
